Located in the heart of Trento, Sushi Amabile was conceived as an immersive experience where contemporary design and a sensory atmosphere merge into a distinctive architectural language. The project reinterprets the aesthetics of luxury hospitality through sculptural forms, refined materials, and a rich palette inspired by shades of burgundy, bronze, and blush pink.

The interior design is defined by iconic architectural elements that shape the identity of the space: large illuminated organic structures, reflective surfaces, statement marbles, and metallic details that enhance depth and perception. Enveloping seating arrangements and fluid circulation paths create an elegant yet dynamic environment, carefully designed to elevate the dining experience through a sophisticated and engaging atmosphere.
Light plays a central role throughout the project, sculpting volumes and materials with a cinematic effect that transforms the restaurant throughout the day. Every element has been thoughtfully curated to evoke emotion, exclusivity, and comfort, creating a space that transcends the traditional concept of dining and becomes a memorable sensory experience.

Situato nel cuore di Trento, Sushi Amabile nasce come un’esperienza immersiva dove design contemporaneo e atmosfera sensoriale si fondono in un linguaggio unico. Il progetto reinterpreta l’estetica dell’ospitalità di lusso attraverso forme scultoree, materiali ricercati e una palette intensa ispirata alle sfumature del bordeaux, del bronzo e del rosa cipria.
L’interior design è caratterizzato da elementi architettonici iconici che definiscono l’identità dello spazio: grandi strutture organiche illuminate, superfici riflettenti, marmi scenografici e dettagli metallici che amplificano profondità e percezione. Le sedute avvolgenti e i percorsi fluidi creano un ambiente elegante e dinamico, pensato per accompagnare l’esperienza gastronomica attraverso un’atmosfera sofisticata e coinvolgente.
La luce diventa protagonista del progetto, modellando volumi e materiali con un effetto cinematografico che trasforma il ristorante durante le diverse ore della giornata.
